Notes

Safety, or tranquility, is a basic human drive as it fulfills our inherent need for protection, well-being, and peace. It reduces fear, promotes physical and emotional security, and allows us to thrive. Seeking safety satisfies our instinctual urge for survival and creates a foundation for a fulfilling and harmonious life.
