With your partnership, we can figure out how to make organizational change and continuous transformation a lot easier. unFIX does not require that you throw out what already works. There is no official Guide or Constitution to follow. An organization can start unfixing itself from any place at any time.
With your participation, we can evaluate use cases of unFIX for specific organization designs that are actually in place at companies worldwide. We know that people take inspiration from what already works elsewhere. With unFIX, we have a language to describe many organizational designs.
As a partner, you can offer input for official training materials and help us create learning programs the right way. You can see to it that our business model is about partnership and membership, not about certification.
Being a partner, you have the right to participate in videos, blog posts, podcasts, meetups, and webinars. Once we recognize you as an Official Partner (Sapphire or Diamond membership), you have an exclusive right to represent the brand. When clients need unfixing, they come to you.
