Purpose
In the Externalize (Build) stream, your team will create something and make it available to customers by running Lean Experiments.
Notes
What you create should be the smallest possible thing to validate whether you’re going in the right direction with your solution; a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) or prototype. You might test the various hypotheses from the Hypothesize stream.
