How did you work to understand people’s experiences? How did you try to uncover their needs and feelings?

Purpose

Empathize (Discover) is about discovering as much as possible about potential users, their frustrations, aspirations, and experiences. By empathizing with their users, product designers aim to set aside their assumptions and gain insights into how people experience their situations. The result of this stream is a large pile of unstructured research findings with both emotional and factual content.

Notes
