Brainstorming

Decision Method

Brainstorming is a discussion about many options that continues until people spontaneously agree on a decision.

Purpose

Brainstorming is a creative and collaborative technique designed to generate a wide array of ideas and solutions. During a brainstorming session, participants are encouraged to freely share their thoughts, no matter how unconventional, without immediate judgment or criticism. The goal is to foster an open environment where creativity flourishes, leading to a rich pool of options. As the discussion progresses, patterns often emerge, and certain ideas may gain traction. Over time, through the natural ebb and flow of conversation and reflection, participants may find themselves gravitating toward a particular idea or solution. The process culminates when the group spontaneously converges on a decision that feels right to most participants.

Notes

This method harnesses the collective intelligence and creativity of the group, fostering collaboration, synergy, and the exploration of new possibilities.
