Purpose
A Visitor is a person who is only occasionally involved or interested in the work and without any role in decision-making. They are team members with no decision rights about the things that happen on the team.
Notes
We consider people to be Visitors when their participation is neither appreciated nor desirable for any decisions on the team.
In the analogy of a country, Visitors are the “tourists”.

This pattern can be combined with other patterns in many ways. We have not yet identified any limiting constraints.
