A Stranger is a person who is neither involved nor interested in the work and has no role in decision-making.

Purpose

A Stranger is a person who is neither involved nor interested in the work and has no role in decision-making.

Notes

We consider people to be Strangers when their participation is neither appreciated nor desirable for any decisions on the team.

In the analogy of a country, Strangers are the “foreigners”.
