A Contributor is a person who fully participates in the work with an active and essential role in decision-making.

Purpose

A Contributor is a person who fully participates in the work with an active and essential role in decision-making. They are the team members with full decision rights about everything happening on the team.

Notes

We consider people to be Contributors when their participation is required and desirable for all decisions on the team.

In the analogy of a country, Contributors are “full citizens”.

Rules / Constraints

  • This pattern can be combined with other patterns in many ways. We have not yet identified any limiting constraints.
