Purpose

You enter into a discussion with everyone involved, and as a group, you reach a consensus (or any other type of team decision) about the decision.

Notes

Example: The facilitator of a workshop has set Topics and Exercises at level 4, and, therefore, she discusses the available options with her class; together, they agree on the details of the program.

The “seven levels of delegation” are borrowed from Management 3.0.
