We believe in the power of sharing and learning together, but we also understand the need to minimize our carbon footprint and reduce unnecessary travel across the globe. That's why we've come up with the perfect solution: our quarterly unConference, a virtual event that is accessible and free for our Community+ members and Partners.

The unConference is a unique gathering where there is no pre-determined agenda set by a single entity. Instead, it's a collaborative virtual event where everyone is encouraged to bring up their own topics of interest. Whether you want to share your experiences, seek feedback on challenges you're facing, or introduce new games, exercises, or questions related to unFIX, this is the perfect platform to do so.

Together, we collectively choose the topics to discuss and engage in meaningful conversations. The unConference takes place every quarter, spanning two hours, and is exclusively available to our Diamond and Sapphire partners along with our Community+ members.

This unConference presents an incredible opportunity to connect individuals from diverse backgrounds, fostering collaboration, creativity, and innovation. With the exchange of new insights and perspectives, who knows what exciting outcomes and discoveries await us all? It is full of improvisation and thus enables us to collaborative find solutions and answers to our questions.
