We are happy to announce that we are planning to run some rounds of Cohort Learning. That means:
New Cohort (English) starting 20th of February!
Getting to know the unFIX basics from the comfort of your own home,
Having short sessions (2-3 hours) for easy integration into your schedule,
Learning in a small group with people from different backgrounds and industries,
with a perfect mix of input, hands-on action, and interactive knowledge sharing,
8-weeks in-depth learning journey,

What is the unFIX model and how to apply its patterns. We’ll cover the basic patterns like:
Voting Options & Decision-Making Methods
Crew Types, Forum Types & Base Types
Role Attributes, Time Commitment & Participation Levels
Innovation Vortex, Investment Horizons & Lifecycle Stages
Teaming Options & Dependency Breakers
Training Environment:
Our virtual class will take place in Zoom & Miro.
Format:
We’ll have a perfect mix out of short input parts, combined with hands-on exercises and facilitated knowledge sharing rounds. You will be given some homework to apply what you have learned to your own everyday work.
Target Audience:
unFIX Beginners, Agile Coaches, Change Agents, Transformation Managers, Consultants, Team Leaders, Executives
Prerequisites: Some familiarity with agile and lean methods and principles in general. Deep experience is not necessary, but we won’t be explaining basic concepts such as feedback cycles and continuous improvement.
