Behavioral Values
Behavioral Values are intended to act as constraints on human behavior.
Behavioral Values: Core Value • Wish Value • Emergent Value • Expected Value
Purpose
Behavioral Values are intended to act as constraints on human behavior. We commit to acting in a preferred manner, and we commit to not acting in other undesirable ways.
Notes
In a team, this model is best applied at the individual level because a core value for one person could be an emergent value for another, etc. The individual results could then be aggregated to arrive at team values.
The Behavioral Values model is inspired by the work of Patrick Lencioni.
Rules / Constraints
We have not (yet) defined rules or constraints.
