You can partner with us if you want to run your own unFIX workshops or do business as an unFIX consultant.

Besides our more personal partnerships (Sapphire), we also offer “Group Licenses” (Diamond). These are specially made for those companies who would like some extra value and want to offer unFIX to their clients or use it in their projects with more people.

Group License

  • Use your official unFIX partner badge everyone.

    In addition collect credits in the unFIX qualification program and show the world your expertise.

  • Be noticed everywhere! We show our Official Partners on the website and inform our community about all events organized by partners in our weekly newsletter and on social media.

  • You will get access to our content portal, where you can find all our shiny materials, like information nuggets, videos, slides, and more.

  • The unFIX model is continuously evolving. We validate the addition of new patterns with our partners first, which is then followed by a community review. With early access, you are first in line for any new updates. It even enables you to influence the development of the unFIX model through your feedback.

  • You have access to the Downloads folder with unFIX materials, in the form of PDF documents, PNG images, Miro templates, etc. You can print and use these materials in your own organization.

  • Join our regular Partner meetup and get exclusive and early information about the latest things happening around the unFIX model. This is also where you first learn about upcoming patterns, games, or case studies.

    These are 45-60 minutes meetups, organized at least once per month. Recordings are available for partners only.

  • …

  • You get exclusive access to the recordings of previous meetups and webinars of the unFIX community. For Community+ members, these become available after approximately one month. For Sapphire members, the recordings are available within 24 hours. This includes access to the used Miro boards.

  • You are invited to join our community (https://community.unfix.com) and to participate in regular meetups, where we present case studies, play serious games with the unFIX cards, and more.

    Our community meetups are 45-90 minutes. We organize either a presentation or a game/exercise. The meetups happen at least once per month.

  • As an Official unFIX Partner, you often pay less for unFIX conferences and webinars or for your purchases in the unFIX webshop. The amount depends on your partnership level and the event organizer.

  • You can publish your own exercise or case study via the unFIX newsletter, blog, social media channels, and the unFIX website. We can also host a community meetup for you where you can be the presenter or facilitator of your work under the official unFIX umbrella.

  • We invite you to publish your own exercises or case studies via the official unFIX channels and on the unFIX website unfix.com. As a Community+ member, your input will be handled with a higher priority. Thus helping you gain more visibility in the unFIX world.

  • You are entitled to run your own official unFIX Foundation Workshops or other workshops based on our standard materials. You gain access to the standard slide decks and other materials needed to run your workshops successfully. (Currently we offer PowerPoint files and the original unFIX cards. This might be extended by recorded introductions to the materials later on.)

  • You get access to Workshop Butler where you can manage your trainer profile, your unFIX Workshops, and certificates for your attendees. Workshop Butler is a portal that allows you to perform and automate the administrative work around workshops. It also handles workshop evaluations and automated e-mail reminders.

  • Gain more visibility for your workshops, meetups, conference talks, and other events. Your potential customers can search and browse through the upcoming events on the unFIX website. In addition, upcoming events are promoted via other platforms, like LinkedIn.

  • The unFIX team helps organizations understand and apply unFIX within their organizations. This usually results in one or more potential future scenarios into which these companies would like to evolve. With such a transformation, they often look for a coach or consultant to accompany them on this journey. This is exactly where we would like to recommend you!   • As a company partner, you get access and are allowed to rebrand the unFIX materials. Add your company name and logo to the cards, slideware, and other materials.We share all material in editable formats, like pptx and grant access to our content hub and translation tables.

  • Use the unFIX company badge to show your unFIX status to your customers and prospects. Demonstrating your skill level and commitment.

  • Exclusive individual video calls with unFIX exec team …

  • When your company requires administrative processes to accept us as a new partner, the effort is on us. Typically we charge the effort to deal with nice things like “supplier registration” extra. When you sign up as a company, we take this on us.

  • With your company license, you change your team members as needed. Did someone join the team? Grant him access to study the unFIX material or put him in a Diamond seat to start collaboration with other partners and the unFIX team directly.

  • As a company partner, you gain special visibility in our marketing activities.
