AI-Assisted Tools and Platforms for Games and Exercises

I'm launching a self-paced e-learning course: New Fundamentals for Leaders in the Age of AI. It's paired with a learning cohort starting April 10. Join us for thought-provoking discussions!

While working on a new e-learning program and preparing ideas for workshops, I faced a key challenge: How do we keep e-learning and workshops engaging in the Age of AI? Let's face it, binge-watching fifteen hours of online video is only interesting on Netflix, Apple TV, or Amazon Prime—not so much on Kajabi, Thinkific, or Circle.

The obvious answer is to include engagement and interactivity. I fired up OpenAI's Deep Research feature and asked my digital assistant about tools and platforms for creating interactive educational games and exercises—ones that are super-simple to make and easy to share. After ten minutes of research, I was disappointed to find that ChatGPT offered only about eight different suggestions. Seriously?

So, I then passed these results to Perplexity to find missing tools, and finally had Google's Gemini validate the complete list.

This process demonstrates the importance of critical thinking, something we'll definitely explore in the e-learning sessions. Never trust just one language model (just as you shouldn't rely on a single person's political opinion). For important matters, always gather input from different sources and perspectives. It's what I do every day!

You'll find the research results here. And yes, I've been busy trying nearly all of them.

Do you want to know which tool I settled on? Well, I suppose you'll just have to join us. 🙂
